I got charged the $100 incidental fee 3 days after checking out. That is incredibly frustrating because 1. We did not do any damage to the room. We slept we left. 2. I am desperately trying to get ahold of someone to get this charged reversed but keep getting the runaround.

Room was really nice and spacious and clean. Definitely nicer than most. The lobby was beautiful with fireplaces and comfortable furniture. It was just the food situation and sparse staffing that would make me never stay here again. There was no complimentary coffee in the lobby — even the cheepest most terrible places have that. And the breakfast situation sounds a lot better than it is. There were few choices and just one guy back there taking orders, cooking it and serving it. I watched a man wait ten minutes just to buy an expensive cup of black coffee while the cook made our food. No one was there to help him. This is not the staff’s fault — it’s the management/corporate decisions that make this place not a pleasant place who want to enjoy the hotel experience beyond just a nice room. I think simple things like coffee in the lobby, more staff, and more breakfast choices wouid go a long way

Hotel was clean and in good condition. Convenient location. On;y provided one regular and one decaf coffee pouch even though two people in room. Did not have staff in breakfast area to take order. Had to have front desk call out to public area. Annoying to have to wait for person to take order at those prices.

It was a clean comfy nights rest. I didn’t appreciate Expedia’s extra 9 dollar fee for protection plan that I couldn’t opt out of so I’ll never use Expedia again in the future. I made my reservation in the parking lot of this hotel and didn’t need it but couldn’t opt out without losing the reservation.
