The check in staff were very polite and helpful. The wiating staff the same. But NO HOT WATER for the duration of my stay, so could not shower, or wash in hot water. No notifiaction to residents to the situation and not apologetic (in fact a bit angry) and no offer of compensation for basic services we all expect when checking out. Not the residents' fault that we had no hot water.

I did not have breakfast, but my dinner at the hotel was really delicious and the front of house staff, the restaurant staff and the cleaners are really friendly and nice. My room was really comfortable . There is nothing i could fault this hotel for. I will be back.

Room was freezing and heating locked off whereas colleagues room was too hot and again heating locked off. They offered a radiator and very little apology. Didn’t know how to turn lock off radiator. Breakfast was poor, low quality but the service was impeccable.

The heating in the room wasn’t working and they had to put an oil heater in my room. I was freezing all evening and had to sleep with my scarf on. The room was outdated and dirty. The TV was of a very poor quality of picture.

It was ok stay . I know it’s not a hotel fault but some guy was knocking to our door debetach times at night which was a bit scary aspecially it was mum and daughter stay .
