There is a sleeper sofa AND a twin daybed with a twin trundle in the open concept living room area for 2-4 extra guests to sleep comfortably. There is a well appointed galley kitchen complete with granite countertops, stove, microwave, and refrigerator. The kitchen includes a high top dinette seating for two. There is a new composite deck with intimate dining & parking for two vehicles.

Not worth the Money Listing
Nice location to access to beach across the street was about the only good thing it was a small 510 apt.
We shared our kitchen with a door of a resturant that was located on the other side before we arrived we did not realize we would sharing a door there was noise etc., however the resturant was great they were closed for 1 week while we were renting this place 2 weeks there due to Covid. otherwise we would have had to put up with 2 weeks of noise from 7-2 pm when the breakfast/ lunch place was open.
We were also very disappointed in the following:
The whole place needed to be painted, the Bathroom floor was uneven and not finished.
The AC was moldy and dirty in the bedroom.
There was no washer & dryer on site or nearby.
The vacuums and mop onsite we’re old and did not work well when trying to clean up.
There was no broom even though a dustpan was available.
Front door stripping was falling off and screen was ripped on door.
In the Bathroom the shower rod had a sticker on it should have been removed and the original shower mark from where the shower was should have been painted and should have a sturdier connection with current showers that are there now. The tub was not that clean and I had to clean it when I arrived.
The bedroom had unsafe plugs, loose wiring and a
TV that did not work. When this issue was brought to the owner’s attention she stated have not been there and should have been removed.
The bed was to close to the bedroom door when opening it. The closet in the bedroom had a sheet as a door it had falling off when we arrived. The carpet was dirty in bedroom.
In the kitchen the following items were issues we identified: the kitchen rug was dirty, there were no
plastic or metal bowls bowls, Cookie sheets, pans. There was only 1 ice cube tray, and there was nothing to put ice cubes. The kitchen cabinets did not close and need cleaning. The oven did not work and took a long time to cook chicken.
The grills were dirty and needed cleaning so we did not use either the gas or charcoal one.
There were no beach chairs, beach towels, bathroom towels and bedsheets.
The owner insisted she has cable connected to TV in The Living-room, however it was not working when we rented the apt.
Overall for the price was not worth it! I asked for a small refund for my inconvenience and received nothing..

Wonderful Stay!
We enjoyed are first trip to Plum Island in this cozy beach cottage. The owner was very responsive. We traveled with our two kids and enjoyed the great proximity to the beach (just across the street). Very clean, nice setup and decor. Beds and couches were very comfortable! Quiet neighborhood, and everyone we met was very friendly. We would definitely return :)
