Pros: easily accommodated 13 people, lots of parking, close to beachHost did respond quickly to correct the fact that upon arrival only 2 towels and 3 coffee cups were available for 13 guests (Amazon sent 12 towels and 6 cups the next day) Cons: house very tired, in need of numerous repairs. Kitchen fridge did not work, entire 7 days of stay. Had to use smaller fridge on lower level, not very convenient. Broken deck furniture (unsafe). Very minimal cooking equipment for 13 people.A variety of items ‘missed’ by the cleaning crew included clothes left in drawers and closets, trash under sink and 5 gal empty water jugs for a kitchen dispenser were piled in closet and outside.No full jugs available.Very disappointed, the place was price too high for its current condition.
