Welcome to your perfect coastal retreat — a stylishly appointed apartment with stunning views over Moonee Beach. This self-contained 1–2 bedroom space is ideal for a couple, with the option to accommodate one or two children (aged 2–16) in a second bedroom by special request and for a small supplementary fee.

The apartment features a spacious master bedroom with an open-plan en-suite bathroom. Please note the bathroom is accessed through the master bedroom, making the space unsuitable for two couples or guests requiring separate bathroom access.

The kitchenette is well equipped with a microwave, air fryer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, full-sized fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine. There’s no oven or stovetop inside due to insurance restrictions, but a fully equipped outdoor built-in BBQ kitchen makes entertaining and cooking a breeze.

The open-plan lounge includes a four-seater sofa, dining table, a 50” Samsung Smart TV, and high-speed NBN Wi-Fi. The apartment is fully air-conditioned, with large balcony doors allowing fresh coastal breezes to flow through in the warmer months. Linen and towels are provided for your stay.

Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy panoramic views over Moonee Beach, a popular spot for surfers and rock fishermen. In the evenings, soak in the beautiful sunsets across the national park.

Guests access the apartment via a private staircase and have exclusive use of the balcony, living area, and one or both bedrooms depending on the booking. All internal doors to the main house are securely deadlocked for privacy.

This is a peaceful, residential area, so parties and loud gatherings are not permitted. We ask all guests to respect the serenity of this stunning location.

Beach access is available via a private walkway to the left of the house, through the white gate.
