Room was clean & tidy. Beds are comfortable. 414A is on the corner & overlooks the road & carpark, whilst quiet, you do get a lot of light through the windows. Generally not an issue for me but could be for some. Room service food was great as usual.

Breakfast options were good we also had room service for the previous night. We had wanted to have dinner in the restaurant but sadly it's closed on a Sunday. A great example of a Best Western Plus unlike some US hotels. The hotel was very clean with e cellent facilities in the room
