Welcome to Bombora Beach House, a spacious coastal retreat located right at Caves Beach. Perfectly positioned just a few steps from the sand, this beautifully presented two-storey home offers stunning ocean views and is the ideal base for families and friends looking to relax and explore the Lake Macquarie coastline.



Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, the home features 4 generous bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms and 2 separate living areas, giving everyone plenty of space to unwind. Stay comfortable year-round with air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi, Smart TVs and a fully equipped kitchen, making holiday meals a breeze.



Step outside to your own private, fully fenced backyard where you can fire up the BBQ, gather around the fire pit under the stars, or simply relax with a morning coffee or afternoon drink in the fresh coastal air.



Everything you need is within easy walking distance, including Caves Beach, local cafés, restaurants, IGA and Coles. Guests also enjoy access to the onsite resort-style swimming pool, making Bombora Beach House the perfect destination for a relaxing beach getaway.

Security Deposit: This property requires a $1000 refundable security deposit due no later than 5 days prior to arrival.



Arrival Details: Access to the property is made simple. You’ll receive an access code via SMS just before 3pm on your arrival day, which you’ll use for the duration of your stay. Standard check-in is at 3pm.



Linen: 1 set of full bed linens and 1 bath towel per person are supplied. Guests may wish to bring extra towels depending on the length of their stay. Pool/Lake/Beach towels are BYO



Guest Amenities: We are Eco-Friendly - to help reduce wastage, we supply a shampool/conditioner/body wash in all showers. In addition, guests are advised to bring their own personal preferred bathroom products/amenities.



Shared Resort Pool: Guests have unrestricted access. 6AM - 9PM October to April, 7AM - 5PM May to September



Respectful Stays (The Not-So-Fine Print)



We want you to fully enjoy your time away, and we also ask that guests help us look after the home and the surrounding community.

To keep things comfortable for everyone:

This is a no-party property, the Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. The number of guests at property must not exceed the booking without written permission.



These guidelines help ensure Weekenda homes stay available for future escapes (yours included) and that local neighbours remain welcoming to visitors.



Cameras

For the safety of our guests, the property, and the surrounding community, external security cameras may be installed at this property. These cameras are positioned only in external access areas (such as entry points) and are used solely for security and neighbourhood impact monitoring. All cameras are installed and operated in accordance with local regulations.



Guest Registration / ID Check: Weekenda requires every guest to complete and sign an electronic guest registration prior to arrival which will ask for a photo ID i.e. a copy of your driver's Licence or Passport. The primary booker will also be required to complete a list with the guest's names and actual mobile numbers. In the event we are unable to reach the primary booker, it is very important we can get a hold of other guests. These documents will be deleted after your departure. Access Codes are only released to Registered and Verified Guests.



Insurance: As always, but ever so more due to recent times, we strongly encourage any holidaymakers to obtain a very inexpensive 3rd Party Domestic Travel Insurance Policy to cover you for all manners of matters which may restrict travel. This is particularly helpful for things like Hunter Valley Concert cancellations, Covid or Medical and Other Emergencies for which we don't provide refunds, and anything which falls under our standard Terms & Conditions irrespective of the reason. We suggest reviewing policies with 'Cover-More' or 'Travel Insurance Direct' or 'Insureandgo'



This property is managed by Weekenda, a licensed real estate. Weekenda staff are available 7 days a week to assist from your initial inquiry through to your departure and everything in between.
