We were very impressed with the attention to detail in this hotel - our room had blackout blinds, usb port, soft and firm pillows and good products in large pump dispensers as well as the usual safe and fridge. The free breakfast was excellent, only little gripe, they could have done with extra staff in dining room over the weekend. Having said that the staff were all friendly and helpful, especially Linda on the front desk.

Small room, but functional, and only to sleep in anyway. Centrally located, and buffet breaky good start to day. Was good surprise, adn yes would do it again - but otherwise not much to do in Newcastle sadly.
