The Hotel was Awesome, nice and close to the Airport. Having an early morning flight it was very convenient. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Service desk were good and courteous. I would recommend to others.

A great hotel but they need to have more staff on at breakfast one of the waitresses wasn’t that great didn’t seem to be able to plan properly ie the chief would ring the bell for a breakfast to be collected but it would sit on the servery for 8 minutes before the person to whom the breakfast was for went and collected it herself not good

We stayed two nights and our room wasn’t serviced by housekeeping. The staff were friendly but not too helpful. No reason why, tried to give me some clean towels to take up but I was on my way out. The towels were dropped in to the room but the beds remained unmade, bin not emptied, no milk replaced in the fridge and used teaspoons left near the jug.
