Sea Sounds is a large 7 bedroom home sleeping up to 14 people, conveniently located right across from the ocean near the beautiful Caves Beach. This home has space for the whole family, with multiple areas to relax, enjoy the views, and unwind away from the busy city life. It is also just a short walk across the road to the Caves Beach Bar and Bungalows, surf club, cafes, shops, etc.
The space
The home is set up with everything you need for a relaxing beachside holiday. Relax on the veranda with your morning coffee or afternoon glass of wine, relax in the hammock in the outdoor garden oasis, enjoy a movie with your group, enjoy a BBQ or meal at the indoor or outdoor dining. Walking up the stairs, you are greeted with the large open living and dining room space with 180-degree views of the ocean.

The whole upstairs has ducted air conditioning throughout, and there are multiple dining areas. The large gourmet kitchen with double fridge, dishwasher, and coffee machine The lounge room has a Smart TV and comfortable lounges to unwind. Each bedroom has comfortable beds to unwind at night, and there are 3 bathrooms, including one with double vanity and a large bath to soak in.

Heading downstairs, there is a large second living area with Smart TV, lounge, dining table, and ocean views. It is the perfect place for the kids to hang out and enjoy the space, or the adults! Downstairs is not air-conditioned, but both of the bedrooms have ceiling fans and the living area receives a beautiful ocean breeze even in the summer! There are two bathrooms, as well as a large double car garage available for your use. There is also an additional kitchenette downstairs with the basics. The outdoor garden oasis has a hammock and seating and is the perfect place to soak up some morning sun.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property and double garage. There is parking for 4 cars and additional street parking available. if required.

🔸 Base rate includes up to 4 guests. Extra guests are charged per night; reductions are non-refundable.

🔸 A starter pack is provided, but guests must bring their own supplies for the remainder of the stay.
🔸 Linen is provided – please bring your own beach or pool towels.
🔸 Toiletries are limited to reduce waste. Bringing your own is encouraged.
🔸 Guests must leave the home tidy and follow check-out procedures.
🔸 Late check-outs, lockouts, or lost keys/remotes may incur additional fees.
