1. Please be respectful of our (few) neighbours and keep noise or music levels down after 10.30pm. 2. No parties or events. 3. No weapons allowed.
4. Dirty dishes, pet “doo doo” or rubbish left about on the property will result in an additional cleaning fee of $500. 5. Report any damage ASAP.
