Nestled in the heart of Whitley Bay, yet only a short stroll from the beach, this spacious Victorian built home offers space, style and comfort for your perfect holiday retreat.

Whitley Bay hosts a great array of shops, restaurants, bars & theatre. Newcastle City Centre is easily accessed by Metro or public transport, in less than 30 minutes.
This ideal pet friendly, family accommodation, offers stylish accommodation, great outdoor space and the heritage of Northumberland on the doorstep.

Park Parade has a delightful lounge at the front of the house with comfortable sofas for those family evenings watching TV or playing one of the many board games available.

A rear lounge with dedicated workspace also boasts a smart TV and doubles up as an extra bedroom with a very comfortable sofa bed .
The spacious kitchen provides a dining table for those family get togethers at meal times. An array of integrated appliances is at your finger tips.
Upstairs there is a spacious bathroom with a fabulous flat floor shower and a large bath.

At the rear of the property we have a large bedroom with twin single beds and then at the front we have the master bedroom with a fabulous super king bed. A smaller single room at the front of the house completes the sleeping quarters.
We provide permit parking on street for one car.
