Guest Access:

The Neighborhood:

Situated right in the town centre, you’ll be within easy walking distance of everything Sunderland has to offer. The Stadium of Light is around a 20-minute walk or a short taxi ride. Just five minutes from the studio is Mowbray Park, a beautiful spot for a morning stroll and home to the Sunderland Museum & Winter Gardens. Sunderland train station is also less than a 10-minute walk away, and Hendon Beach can be reached in just 5 minutes by car or around 30 minutes on foot.



Getting Around:

Thanks to its central location, most of Sunderland’s attractions are easily accessible on foot. Sunderland train station is under a 10-minute walk away or a quick taxi ride. Several bus routes run along the road outside the building, providing convenient links to other areas of the city. There are also regular train services to central Newcastle, with a journey time of around 40 minutes.

The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to make basic meals. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 2 people.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.
