You'll have a great time at this beautiful place. Welcome to our comfortable and spacious 2-bedroom ground-floor flat located on Ovington Grove, Newcastle – ideal for families, friends, or contractors visiting the city.

The flat offers flexible sleeping arrangements for up to 6 guests, with two well-proportioned bedrooms and an additional inflatable bed is provided that sleeps up to 6 guests.
Please note that the double air mattress may not be large enough for two adults to share comfortably and may be more suitable for children.

Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
