Welcome to your perfect coastal getaway! This charming 2-bedroom flat is just a short stroll from the beautiful Cullercoats Bay. Whether you're here to relax on the beach, explore the nearby cafes and pubs, or enjoy scenic walks along the North East coastline, this flat offers a peaceful and convenient home base.

Guests will have access to the entire property. However I do have 1 storage cupboard for my personal belongings which I have locked.
PARKING
The street parking and is FREE and there is no limit to the number of cars you can bring. The street can get busy especially during the summer season.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after **pm and check-out time is before **am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.

linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.
The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
