Stay just minutes from the golden sands and charming village of Tynemouth in this stylish 3-bedroom flat. Perfect for families, friends, or business travellers, the property comfortably sleeps 5 and offers everything you need for a relaxed coastal getaway.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, and all essentials
Bathroom: Modern bathroom with shower over bath, fresh towels, and toiletries provided
Extras: High-speed WiFi, central heating, and laundry facilities
Guests will have exclusive use of the entire flat, including bedrooms, living spaces, kitchen, and bathroom.
We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a Co-op a few minutes walk away.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 4 pm and check-out time is before 10 am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.

We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.
The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
