The flat was in a good condition and clean. It was a good size. Think my main issue was poor communication with them and the price of parking. I emailed twice before my visit to ask about parking but no one replied. They had some parking spaces at the apartment but they charge £20 per night. When I arrived, the person on reception said he was due to leave at 6pm. I was relieved that I had arrived about 4.30pm. On the check in information I think I read that someone would be on the desk until 10pm. I had no choice but to pay this. I would also recommend that they add some washing up liquid and a dishcloth. I felt terrible putting the dishwasher on for a couple of items.

Very easy check in with friendly staff room is clean with fresh bedding and towels like you should expect, Every bit of cutlery you would need including items like a tin opener down to a set of chopping knifes pots and pans microwave washer , cooker.... ect
