Ok - could be improved

Very good location and good sized apartment. However even though described as basic there were some issues with the facilities. One main issue was the shower not draining and overflowing the tray with evidence suggesting this is a longer term problem. Getting in touch with the property was also a challenge as the number provided was not in service, although there was a prompt response to a message asking to arrange checkin. Challenges again getting in touch on checkout.

The mattress is old, the sofa is damaged, there are cigarette butts by the window, the water pipe is broken, and the bath room hot water is not hot enough.

cracking place to stay

very handy for the metro. nice flat - felt at home straight away. 2 good sized double rooms, one with ensuite. coffee and milk provided when we got there which was a nice touch. towels also included. Netflix was handy and theres a great pub (the punchbowl) about 300 yards up the road. really enjoyable stay. the city centre is walkable as well :)

Hard to find, maybe needs better directions please. Pretty basic flat, fine for a place to stay but not glamorous. Beds comfortable. Was very hot when we arrived but easy to turn radiators off. No teapot or coffee making facilities. Shower needs a revamp. It's what you'd expect for the price.
