Stylish Ouseburn Apartment with River & City Views
This is our newly refurbished flat. We've aimed for opulence and have furnished it with some distinctive pieces. 
It has a large open plan living space with a spectacular view over the river Tyne to towards the Tyne & Millennium bridges. It has a luxury kitchen and bathroom and a large comfortable bedroom and a sense of stylish tranquility.
There are two bedrooms, one with ensuite and Firestick-equipped tv.
This is a newly refurbished modern top floor flat in Ouseburn, with spectacular views up the river towards the Tyne Bridge.
Our flat, which has been tastefully furnished isn't suitable for parties or gatherings. It's ideal for a luxurious stay in the North East.
The block is mainly home to young professionals and is generally quiet. So no parties or events are permitted.
Built in 2006, it's a modern construction with cozy double glazing and a Juliette balcony that opens onto the river. The flat is south facing and gets good light all day.
There's a dedicated office space and complimentary broadband.
In January 2024 the property was renovated, top to bottom with new kitchen, bathroom and decoration.
There is a basement car park in the block, which is free for guests and there is level, step free access to the property. Access to the fourth floor is via a lift.
Ouseburn has become Newcastle’s cultural quarter and one of the most vibrant creative communities in the North East. Home to artists, musicians, designers, printmakers, brewers and even sheep, Ouseburn is a thriving community that attracts an eclectic crowd.
Guests who book the two bedroom apartment can access the entire flat. Bookings for just one bedroom will not have access to the other bedroom.
