The Space:

This cosy 2-bedroom unit is located on the upper part of the apartment and comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. The space features one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, and all the basic amenities needed for a relaxing stay. Bright and welcoming, it’s ideal for families, friends, or business travelers looking for a convenient base with everything you need to feel at home.

The Neighborhood:

Located in the heart of Tynemouth, just minutes from stunning beaches such as King Edward’s Bay and Longsands. Guests can enjoy scenic coastal walks, explore the historic Tynemouth Priory and Castle, or take the family to Tynemouth Aquarium and Tynemouth Park for a fun-filled day.



The neighborhood is also known for its vibrant food scene. From the famous Riley’s Fish Shack on the beach to local favorites like Longsands Fish Kitchen, Dil & the Bear, and Lola Jeans, there’s something to satisfy every craving. On weekends, the lively Tynemouth Market at the Metro Station offers antiques, street food, and local crafts.



Transport links are excellent, with Tynemouth Metro Station a short walk away, providing direct access to Newcastle city centre in around 25 minutes. This makes it easy to combine a peaceful coastal stay with the buzz of the city.

Other Things to Note:

- NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.



- We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.



- LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required.



At Vacant Nests, we’re dedicated to ensuring our property is protected throughout every guest stay. To provide peace of mind for both owners and guests, we require all guests to either have a £400 fully refundable security deposit hold placed on their account or purchase a £40 one-time Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers up to £500 of accidental damage during the stay.
