The Layout (Important to Note)
This property includes two homes on one block:

White Cockatoo (Beachfront Cottage)
The main beachfront home offers relaxed coastal living. Inside the main house:
• Living room
• Dining area
• Kitchen
• One bedroom with a single bed

The master bedroom is separately located from the main house and accessed via the back deck. This private retreat features a king bed. The shower and toilet are also separate and positioned off the deck beside the master bedroom.

A washing machine is located outside on the deck area, positioned between the main house and the separate toilet. It is easily accessible and available for guest use during your stay.

Please note: The master bedroom, shower, and toilet require stepping outside via the deck to access them. This layout provides additional privacy but may not suit all guests. The backyard flows directly onto the beachfront, creating a seamless connection between indoor comfort and coastal nature.

Black Cockatoo (Rear Dwelling)
Positioned toward the rear of the property, Black Cockatoo provides additional accommodation with its own relaxed atmosphere.

Check-In Process: We offer an in-person meet and greet at check-in. Please confirm an arrival time prior to 6 PM. For arrivals after this time, late check-in may be arranged at an additional cost, but please confirm with us before booking.

Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.

Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.

Guests will be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call-out fee, if required.

Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.

Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.
