With its striking full-wall mural and bold interior design, this property is a true standout – perfect for those seeking both character and comfort in a short-term rental.
Inside, the property features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area designed for socialising and relaxation. The lounge is furnished with bright, retro-inspired seating, a smart TV, and tasteful decor, creating an inviting space for winding down after a day exploring.

Located just a short walk from Lewes Road is Newhaven Fort. This well preserved Victorian Coastal Defence gives visitors a look into the history of the fort, along with providing fantastic views of the immediate coastline - making it an ideal location to visit with friends and family of all ages.
South Downs National Park is also very close to Newhaven, offering endless outdoor activities including walking trails, cycling and wildlife watching
Walking routes are also easily accessible from the property and surrounding area, with many walks allowing visitors to see for miles over the rolling hills and neighbouring valleys.
Newhaven Beach is a short 5-minute drive from Lewes Road, or a 30-minute walk should the weather permit. The pebbled beach is quiet in comparison to other local beaches, making it ideal for a coastal or a picnic.
