Descending to the lower level, you'll discover a king bedroom and a bunk room connected by an open hallway, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for families or larger groups. These rooms share a full bathroom, designed with convenience and comfort in mind. The second living space opens to the king sleeping area.

The garage has recently been remodeled! You'll find foosball, darts, ring game, connect four, plus a seating area and TV. One wall boasts baskets, hooks, and shelves for you to store your golf clubs, skis, snowboard, bicycle, etc.).

Beyond the walls of this lovely home, the Linville Land Harbor community presents a wealth of amenities to enhance your stay. Nature enthusiasts will revel in the hiking opportunities, while the community offers opportunities for friendly competitions with seasonally available amenities (open May-Oct) such as a recreation room, shuffleboard, basketball, and tennis. A serene lake beckons for fishing or kayaking, providing an idyllic backdrop for outdoor activities. For those seeking relaxation, a wonderful swimming pool awaits (open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day each year.) The public golf course has gorgeous views as you walk along the neighborhoods and lake. Next to Hole #9 is the newly built addition, The Patio Grill. It offers a quick bite to eat or drink. The Patio Grill will be open for both breakfast and lunch during the operational season. The Grill's hours are 7:30am - 3:30pm.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- This home is pet friendly. Max two mature dogs for an additional rent of $25 per night per pet plus tax.
- If you leave the property without your family dog(s), then they MUST be crated.
- An EV charger is available for guest use in the garage.
- 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-April and chains may also be necessary during inclement weather for all mountain homes. The driveway is level with the road.
- All BRMR homes offer well-stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple of garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. Towels and linens will be provided. This owner has provided a hair dryer in each bathroom for your convenience.
- Guests returning to Blue Ridge Retreat at Linville Land Harbor may receive a 5%, not to be combined with other discounts to the room rent.
- This home has 2 exterior security cameras, camera 1 is above the garage door monitoring the parking area and camera 2 is a doorbell style camera monitoring the main entryway only. No other cameras are present at the property.
- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.

Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund, bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive 50% refund. Within 30 days, no refunds unless booked by another party.
