* **Living Area:** Cozy up by the indoor fireplace with a good book or gather for a movie night on the cable TV.
* **Bedrooms & Bathrooms:** The home offers two comfortable bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The master bedroom includes a private en-suite bathroom, while a second full bathroom is conveniently located in the hall.
* **Workspace:** For those needing to stay connected, a dedicated workspace and high-speed internet are available.
* **Kitchen:** The fully equipped kitchen flows into the dining and living space, making meal prep a social affair. We provide both drip and pod-style coffee makers to start your day right—ground coffee is on us, just remember to bring your favorite pods!
* **Outdoor Deck:** Your private deck is the perfect spot to unwind. Enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the sounds of nature or relax in the hot tub.

Although the mountains of NC get their fair share of inclement weather, all the roads to this bungalow are paved and well maintained. A two wheel drive vehicle is usually adequate with the rare exception of a winter storm that may prevent you from driving until the roads are cleared...but there is no better way to spend a winter morning!

* **Hot Tub:** Our hot tub is professionally serviced weekly. To ensure it remains in excellent condition for everyone, please follow the provided spa guide. Occasionally, if the spa guide is not followed by a previous guest, the water may require service between these scheduled visits. We appreciate your cooperation.
* **Security:** For your safety and the security of the property, there is an exterior security camera located at the front door. It is only accessed in the event a problem occurs.
* **Check-In/Out Times:** Due to our cleaning team's schedule, we are unable to accommodate early check-ins or late checkouts. This ensures the home is perfectly prepared for your arrival.
