Nice location and setting. Host was good with communications. It was a comfortable place. The interior lights need some work, they were a bit frustrating. But in general the place was pleasant and worked well for us and I'd recommend it

Recently upgraded and needs a little attention to finish tidying things up. Very convenient to shops and dining but is set back from a sideroad giving it a country feel. Pond is shallow but inviting to some neighboirhood geese. Property owner or manager very responsive to messaging.

Pros: Privacy, WIFI available, bedrooms separated with bathroom attached. Pet friendly. Board games available. Cons: It’s a pond not a lake, dishes and utensils in the cabinets were dirty with old food on them, a/c didn’t work well and struggled the whole time to get below 72 at night. Floor was filthy and unswept. Large carpenter ants everywhere inside. Doors were hard to open and close, b/c they don’t fit correctly in the door frames. Commonly the Front door knob malfunctioned and would take several attempts to enter or exit. Walls needed to be cleaned repaired and painted. There was extra flooring left in the front room. This place must be currently under renovation or poorly maintained. The outside fire pit was filled with home renovation debris and could not be used. The walk way was filled with old poop.

When I first got to the house, the door was wide open and the grass wasn’t cut. It was a great place to relax and look at the lake. The place was nice but the covers didn’t smell well in the bedroom.
