It's perfect for entertaining or relaxing. Enjoy ocean breezes from the front patio with BBQ. Master bedroom and full bathroom downstairs, and a huge family room with flat screen TV; convenient inside laundry and attached indoor shared 2-car garage plus perpendicular space parking= room for additional vehicle--unheard of in Newport Beach.! 2.
