Spacious lower level floor plan (VRBO#1605550) with huge open kitchen with Wolf stainless range/oven and Bosch dishwasher, dining room that seats 6 and inviting living room with vaulted ceiling. It's perfect for entertaining or relaxing. Enjoy ocean breezes from the front patio with BBQ. Master bedroom and full bathroom downstairs, and a huge family room with flat screen TV; convenient inside laundry and attached indoor shared 2-car garage plus perpendicular space parking= room for additional vehicle--unheard of in Newport Beach.! 2. Second floor (VRBO#882327) has two large sunny bedrooms with a full bath and each has a flat screen TV. Family room has large flat screen TV and a huge sofa, chairs and tables.
