You won't want to leave this picture perfect beachfront retreat with postcard ocean and Catalina views. Beautiful beach location with a secluded feel on the sand at 38th Street. Four bedrooms including a third floor bedroom with a private bath. Pets are allowed with prior approval. Some exceptions apply.
The open concept living area with a beautiful fireplace and large patio on the sand. Step directly from the patio onto the warm sand. The fully equipped kitchen, features stainless appliances. The laundry room is conveniently located just off the kitchen.
The third story has a rooftop deck, bedroom with private bath and a large flat panel TV.
Outdoor space becomes an extension of your living space. The rooftop deck has table chairs, and comfortable lounge chairs!
Located right on the sand with no boardwalk for added privacy. The beach at 38th is protected by jetties at 38th and 39th Streets, making the surf here ideal for all water sports. Pavilions grocery store is three blocks away on 32nd Street, flanked by several local's favorite eateries. Lido Marina Village with high-end and casual restaurants and boutiques is a quick walk away. The Newport Pier area with shops and local eateries galore is minutes away by bicycle or scenic 10-15 minute walk along the beach. This location is perfect for families looking to explore the area and enjoy the beach!

Fantastic place
We spent a week here and everything was amazing, beautiful, cozy. We surfed, swam, body boarded, rented bikes. Great restaurants. Had the best time.
