I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Newport Beach West. The location was excellent—peaceful, safe, and close to shopping and dining, which made it convenient and enjoyable. The staff and service were outstanding; everyone was kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. However, the property itself could use some improvements. The condition and facilities felt a bit outdated, and cleanliness was not at the level I expected from a Hyatt Regency. Some areas of the room and common spaces didn’t feel as fresh or well-maintained as they should.
