It is not the Hyatt brand that we are accustom to. The room did not provide glasses or even plastic cups. When asked we were told it was a safety issue with having glasses in guest rooms. The pool area was small for the size of the hotel and it was dirty and a mess. No pool towels, only small towels from the fitness center.

Our room did not have hot water Had to switch my room Next room had lights on a sensor which woke us up at 2:30am! Hotel never told us about sensors in our room!! Pool area was extremely noisy w airplanes going over head every minute from the local airport! Bad location!
