Our home is located in an active beach community. As is common in these areas, noise from construction, municipal services, beachgoers, vehicle and air traffic, adjacent homes, and nearby commercial or residential spaces may occur. The fireplace and firepit must never be left unattended while in use.

Dock Access
The home does include dock access; however, it is limited to pedestrian use only and may be used for launching small personal vessels such as paddleboards or kayaks. Boats are not permitted to be docked at the property during your stay, and as such, there are no allowances regarding boat size. Please also note that dock access is not permitted after 10:00 pm.

Quiet Hours Notice
Per City of Newport Beach “Good Neighbor Policy” Quiet Hours are Strictly Enforced between the hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No patio noise is permitted between these hours. Please see house rules for more city noise requirements.

Pet Policy
This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.

When we arrived the first thing we noticed was that there were no shades on two of the bedrooms facing the street. We had to purchase some quick Amazon plastic shades to get us through the trip. The upstairs bunk room had an open window that was broken. There was no screen on this broken window. It was a little terrifying having my young children in this bedroom. The house feels cold, and although the kitchen has recently been updated, it feels very dated. The downstairs and master bathroom also had broken windows. The floor plan is awkward and there are only four dining chairs available for a four bedroom house. The patio furniture is always soaking wet and it’s not usable.The heat went out during our stay and anytime the hair dryer was going all the upstairs outlets went out. When I mentioned some of the issues we were having to property management they rectified them as best they could. I do give them a lot of credit for that. It’s in a great location and you can walk a lot of different places. There needs to be a little bit more TLC put into this property before they can justify selling it at the price that they are.
