This home also features central air conditioning to keep your group comfortable year-round.

With no boardwalk or bike path out front, the setting feels especially serene and private, allowing you to fully enjoy the sound of waves along the shore and the refreshing ocean breeze. Whether your days are spent beach combing, surfing, or exploring the nearby restaurants and shops, this home provides the perfect setting for your group's Newport getaway. Here's what you will find:

LOCATION:
Just steps from one of the area's best beaches, you'll enjoy excellent surfing and the chance to spot abundant sea life around the nearby jetties. Take an easy stroll or bike ride to explore local restaurants, shops, and parks, or enjoy a game of tennis, racquetball, or basketball at one of the nearby courts. It also makes the perfect home base for day trips to Disneyland, California Adventure, Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios, Hollywood, the San Diego Zoo and Safari Park, Legoland, and more. For upscale shopping, Fashion Island and South Coast Plaza are only 18-20 minutes away.

CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
