Welcome to Sidney Bay - a luxury retreat with stunning ocean views in the exclusive guard-gated community of Crystal Cove. The home offers easy walking access to Crystal Cove State Beach, one of Southern California's most beautiful sandy and least crowded beaches, and the Crystal Cove Promenade, which is filled with high-end shopping and the fine dining experiences of Mastro's Ocean Club, A's Crystal Cove and Javier's.

This four bedroom and three and a half bathroom home has been recently updated and includes a gourmet kitchen featuring stainless steel Viking appliances and a Sub Zero refrigerator and master bedroom with stunning ocean views, balcony and a spacious master bath. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom with dual vanities. Both bedrooms have access to a second balcony area. The fourth bedroom is located on the main floor and is currently used as a home office area.

The living area opens to a large patio with built-in gas barbecue and beautiful landscaped garden areas. The 2,900 square foot villa also features a two-car garage.
