Welcome to the natural beauty of Southern California at Marriott's Newport Coast Villas. Resort provides fun activities including tennis and basketball, an onsite putting green, three outdoor pools and a modern fitness center. Rent a bike and explore Newport Coast, BBQ some lunch and enjoy a picnic with the family, schedule time for a relaxing massage at the luxurious spa, or enjoy an alfresco meal at La Vista Pool Bar & Grill.

This two bedroom villa sleeps eight and features a king bed in the primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom (separate walk-in shower and jetted tub). The guest bedroom features a queen bed, and a sleeper sofa for extra two guests. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination unit and single vanity. The villa equips a full kitchen with a full refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, drip-style coffee maker, toaster, dishes, utensils, and cookware. Off the kitchen is a washer & dryer for your convenience. The living room features cable tv, a sleeper sofa and a separate dining area for six guests. The property has complimentary wireless internet for guests inside units and in public spaces.
