Good location with beautiful views if you got a room with one which we didn't. This property does not give daily housekeeping service. They also encourage you to help out at the end of stay by stripping the bed and tidying up before checking out. The per night room rate was not cheap.

Beautiful Location, Disappointing Stay

When booking this hotel, it was not made clear that the property is part of a timeshare and that ocean-view rooms are only available for timeshare reservations. While the Newport Beach location is beautiful, the accommodations were disappointing. Our room felt outdated, the sofa in the living room was stained, and the towels in both bathrooms were worn and had a grey tint. The hotel seemed to charge extra for everything—pool towels left behind came with a fee, daily room service was an additional cost, and the coffee at the marketplace was undrinkable. Given the location and the price point, I had high expectations that unfortunately were not met. Overall, the experience was underwhelming, and I would not stay here again.

Beautiful property. Spacious suite with fully loaded kitchen. Loved the multiple pools, live music and events. Excellent customer service from staff. When I was walking the property, I had multiple team members stopping in their golf carts to check if I wanted a ride.
