This stunning oceanfront home offers the ultimate in coastal living, with five spacious bedrooms and three well-designed bathrooms. Perfectly positioned to take full advantage of breathtaking ocean views, the home combines luxurious space with a relaxed, beach-inspired atmosphere.
The open-concept living and dining areas are flooded with natural light, thanks to large windows that showcase panoramic views of the ocean and surrounding landscape. The modern kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, making it perfect for preparing meals while enjoying the stunning scenery.
The true highlight of this home is the expansive balcony, which stretches across the front of the house and provides an unbeatable vantage point of the ocean.
Please note: Our home is one of two units in a two-unit (Duplex) building.

From this location, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the Newport Peninsula, Balboa Island, or down to Huntington Beach (45-minute bike ride in one direction) along the oceanfront boardwalk. However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, Surfboard/Stand-Up-Paddle-board Lessons all in the area you will never need to travel far!
Although you may be looking for a quiet getaway, the action is never more than a Walk/Bike Ride away. (2-15 Minutes by Bike) 20+ Restaurants, Bars, Coffee Shops, Surfboard/Bike rental shops, Grocery Store, Duffy Boat Rentals, Newport Pier, Balboa Pier, Balboa Fun Zone, Balboa Island, Boat Docks (The Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures) Huntington Beach Pier/Pacific City, and much more!
PETS
This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Please note, not all breeds will be permitted on property and will be subject to the discretion of the property manager. Pets are not to be left unattended at any time. Should your pet become a nuisance due to excess barking and/or cause a threat/harm to other residents or guests, we will ask that you remove the pet from the property immediately or cancel your reservation without a refund of any kind. All potty accidents must be reported to the property manager immediately. Additional charges may be applied to cover the costs of repairs or damages caused by any pet.
IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:
- Primary guest must be 25+ years old and present throughout the entire reservation.
- City of Newport Beach Quiet Hours 9 pm - 7 am.
- No Balcony Access after 9 pm
- Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc.
- Noise from surrounding homes, adjacent units, and beachgoers should be expected.
- Air-Mattress, High Chair & Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay and are provided pending availability.
- You are provided 1 Parking Spots in the 2-car garage. Mid-Sized SUVs and compact cars are recommended. 3rd row vehicles will not fit
- Fireplace is non operational and for decoration so purposes only
- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking.
-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.
