A short walking distance to coffee shops, casual and fine dining restaurants, grocery store, convenience stores, unique shopping boutiques, and any amenity imaginable. The private dock offers swimming in the bay, stand paddling, kayaking, and fishing. A short 6-minute walk to the ocean invites you to one of the best beaches in Newport. For family fun, there is an island park with swings, slides, and basketball. Come relax in this peaceful and tranquil family friendly hidden treasure. Here is what you will find:

- Visiting guests may need to park off the island, throughout the peninsula neighborhoods.

Only 5 blocks from the 38th Street beach/ocean - about a 6-minute walk (surfing, boogie boarding, paddle boarding, sun bathing). Easy access to PCH and Freeways can take you to day excursions to Disneyland/California Adventure, Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios, Hollywood, San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, LEGOLAND, and more! Discover world-class shopping at Fashion Island and South Coast Plaza--less than a 15-minute drive away.

LINENS:
All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival.

RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons, Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and much more! Contact us for more information.
