Flanked by popular 34th and 35th Streets, you’ll be within close proximity and easy access to grocery, restaurants, shops and excursions, many of which within convenient walking distance of your front door. Stroll down to the iconic Newport Beach Pier and Boardwalk to snap a few pictures of the vibrant sunset, retiring back to the home to grill up a delicious barbeque feast on the grill and dine al fresco at the outdoor table with umbrella.

Indoors, serene coastal-inspired spaces envelop you in comfort and style, creating the ideal space for relaxation and rejuvenation between sun-soaked adventures.
