The kitchen includes a center island with barstool seating for six and is fully stocked with dishes, glassware, flatware, cookware, and bakeware. Both major and small appliances are provided. Major appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave. Guests are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, spices, condiments, and additional paper goods. Salt, pepper, olive oil, and coffee are provided.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire ground floor residence. This includes all interior spaces and the private front patio. The second floor residence is not included in this listing, but can be rented simultaneously, when available, to accommodate larger groups. Please note: This home is conveniently located along the peninsula’s main boulevard. As a result, ambient traffic noise may be heard.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2-4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries.
Extra Sleeping: To accommodate the maximum occupancy, two twin trifold floor mats (best suited for children) are provided. Space is limited in the home, and the mats may be used in the bedrooms or in the living room and kitchen area. Twin rollaway beds can be rented instead of the mats by making advance arrangements with our office.
Laundry: Laundry facilities are located in the garage. Guests must provide their own laundry supplies.
Parking: Two tandem parking spaces are provided in a shared four-car garage, suitable for most vehicle sizes and accessed via the rear alley. Additional street parking is available throughout the neighborhood when space permits.
Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from Beachview Rentals at very reasonable rates. Large ice chests, wagons, Pack' N Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and more are available. Contact us for more information.
Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking.
Security: This property may use surveillance cameras and or recording devices in outdoor spaces and or property entrances, as well as noise-monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect our guests, the property, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.
City Tax: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
