Location, location, location.  Situated on a quiet dead end street of 10 homes, but minutes from everything.  This cozy 2-bedroom 1950s home is great for relaxing and enjoying all NKY/Cincinnati has to offer or for being near work.   Relax in the private hot tub on the back patio with tree line view.  Central air and heat, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfy living space, you'll feel right at home. Conveniently located near local attractions, this spot is ideal for families, couples, or friends looking to unwind and recharge.

Home was updated in 2025, all new appliances and furnishings.   Each bedroom has an assortment of firm and soft pillows for you to choose from.  Beds are solid wood, vintage, not cheap metal ikea beds.  

Hot tub is a new inflatable Coleman saluspa and will be heated upon your arrival.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Northern Kentucky University. The vacation home includes amenities such as a kitchen and a stovetop.

Great communication with renter. Cute 2 bedroom with full kitchen. Relaxing hot tub included. Very clean. Nice neighborhood close to restaurants and NKU.
