Welcome to your Newport retreat! This newly renovated, professionally managed 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom loft apartment offers the perfect combination of historic charm and modern comfort.
With soaring 18-foot ceilings and over 1,300 sf of open, airy living space, this loft is ideal for families or friends looking to relax and explore everything Newport has to offer.
RARE! Two assigned parking spaces in private gated lot included!
Ask about taking over 2, 3 or 4 units for your special event!
Please Park in spaces 1 & 2.
From rear parking lot, walk up left side stairs and enter unit 1 using your custom code. From Dr Marcus Wheatland Blvd, enter through side door in alcove left of the front door.
Living room, kitchen and King bedroom on first level. Queen bedroom and double vanity full bathroom on second level.
Enter the space from either door using your custom code.
Please park in your assigned spaces (1 & 2)
Please make sure all exterior doors are closed firmly and securely when entering and exiting
There are fire extinguishers in the hallways and kitchen. There is a med kit underneath the kitchen sink. If you need my help please message me in the app.
