Known as the Isle of Wight’s Dinosaur Coast, the surrounding beaches and coastal trails here are perfect for fossil-hunters and outdoor explorers. Walkers will delight in the wealth of rural and seaside trails all around them – explore the country footpaths from the cottage or head just a mile to join the dramatic Isle of Wight Coast Path. Nearby popular destinations include Atherfield Bay, Blackgang, Ventnor, Shanklin and Sandown, all within 15 miles.
