Tucked away in the cozy subdivision of Quail Wood Acres in the golfing community of Star Hill is this 3-bedroom, 2-full bathroom home away from home providing everything you need for your next trip to the Crystal Coast. Enjoy easy Emerald Isle access while being able to return to the peaceful ambiance of this well-appointed home. Centrally located in Cape Carteret, Quail Wood Cottage is conveniently located to many local areas of interest including Mac Daddy's, Bogue Sound Distillery, Carolina Home & Garden, and so much more!
House Rules are as follows:
**We ask that all Guests are registered and that the Vacation Rental Agreement has been acknowledged prior to receiving access code to rental. **
1. **Check-In & Check-Out:**
- Check-in is at **3pm** and check-out is at **10am**.
- Early check-in or late check-out requests must be pre-approved.
2. **No Smoking:**
- This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not allowed inside the home. Please use designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
3. **No Pets:**
- Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved. Unauthorized pets will result in additional cleaning fees.
4. **Occupancy:**
- Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. No unregistered guests or visitors without prior approval.
5. **Quiet Hours:**
- Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from **11pm to 7am**.
6. **Parties & Events:**
- No loud events. Respect the neighbors & quiet hours.
7. **Cleanliness:**
- Please keep the property clean and tidy. Dispose of trash in the provided bins and clean up spills immediately.
8. **Furniture & Decor:**
- If something needs to be moved, please return it to its original position before checking out.
9. **Kitchen Use:**
- Feel free to use the kitchen, but please clean up after yourself. Wash dishes, and wipe down counters after use.
10. **Energy Conservation:**
- Turn off lights, fans, and appliances when not in use. Keep doors and windows closed when the air conditioning or heating is on.
11. **Appliances & Equipment:**
- Use appliances and equipment as intended. Report any malfunctions immediately.
12. **Parking:**
- Use the designated parking spots. Do not park on the grass or block neighbors’ driveways.
13. **Security:**
- Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Ensure the key is kept secure and returned as instructed.
14. **Waste Disposal:**
- Dispose of trash in the appropriate bins. Follow local waste disposal guidelines.
15. **Damage:**
- Any damage to the property or contents must be reported immediately. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
16. **Compliance:**
- Comply with all local laws, rules, and regulations during your stay.
17. **Emergencies:**
- In case of an emergency, contact 911. Notify host immediately.
18. **Respect:**
