A gorgeous family home in the heart of Newport, within walking distance of the beach
Ty Od is a luxurious townhouse sleeping 8 in the heart of Newport, Pembrokeshire. A stone’s throw from Parrog & Trefdraeth Beaches, the world famous Pembrokeshire coastal path, and Carningli Mountain. It’s the perfect combination of town and countryside.
The house is tucked away down a private drive with ample parking for two cars. An outdoor shower is a perfect spot for washing sandy toes and wetsuits after a day of seaside adventures. The south facing garden is fully secure and completely private with comfortable outdoor dining furniture and a BBQ firepit - a great space to spend cosy summer evenings.
Inside the house, there is a large entrance boot room for all those walking boots, wetsuits, and muddy paws. The open plan dining room and kitchen leads out to the south facing garden through french doors, bringing the outside in and giving plenty of light. There are two separate living rooms, one much more grown up with big squashy sofas and fireplace - the perfect spot for pre dinner drinks. The second living room is a cosy spot, with smart TV and board games, great for rainy days and cosy nights in.
Upstairs there are four luxurious bedrooms, one superking master suite with shower over bath. A second superking bedroom (which can be a twin on request), one twin bedroom, and one cabin bunk bedroom.. The large family bathroom has a double sink and waterfall shower.
Dogs are always welcome at Ty Od, and there is fabulous walking country, dog friendly beaches and dog friendly cafes and restaurants all just minutes from the front door.
