Located on the South end of Thames Street, this loft offers guests a prime location that is just a short walk from all of Newport's attractions.Details: The first floor of this Loft features a gourmet kitchen, dining and living area, half bath and lounge outfitted with a pull out sofa and en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, guests will find an open living room and two bedrooms each with a king size bed and en-suite bathrooms.Please note: exterior stairs are required to access this loft. There is in home laundry machines and off street parking for two vehicles. ***Cancellation Policy***Guest who cancels more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund less a processing fee of 10% of their total deposit or a charge of $250.00, whichever is the lesser amount. No refunds will be issued to Guest who cancels within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date. No refunds will be issued for early departures or no shows. Date changes will not be permitted within 30 days of Guests stay.

To complete a booking, Guest is required to receive text messaging. Once a booking is submitted, Guest will receive a text message to finalize. A copy of a valid government issued photo ID and a detailed listing of the full names of all other occupants/guests staying in the unit must be submitted. Guests reservation will be cancelled and not refunded if this form is not completed at least 30 days prior to arrival.
