I had a perfectly seamless stay in the studio! It was very clean and the location was prime- right by a bunch of shops and restaurants in the heart of Newps. My only qualm was that the microwave plug couldn’t reach the outlet and the walls are pretty thin.

The location is great. However, it is pretty noisy. Guests from other rooms have access to the balcony right in front. Unfortunately during our stay they partied until 2 am. I contacted the host and he spoke to them. Make sure you get the full instructions on how to access the room. There are more steps to the keypad unlocking process then you are given.

Great spot. Cozy as expected but updated and can’t beat location. Parking can be a little tricky but doable. Easy check in and check out, and had everything we needed.
