Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-Please make sure to strip all bedding from slept in beds and place on floor. -Please put all used towels/hand towels on the floor of bathroom. -Please gather all trash, and place in trashcan outside
-Please pickup all dog poop from the yard, there is a scooper available, place in a trash bag/small can and then place in large garbage can outside.
-Please turn off all electronics -Please set thermostat downstairs at 55F at check out, and turn off mini-splits. -Please make sure all doors are locked, and that the screen door is latched.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
