You’ll enjoy newly renovated Loft style apartment...Sleeps 3 one private bedroom ( queen bed) Climb up the ladder to a loft a Comfy-queen size bed , or settle on a new awesome sofa bed (queen size) ...I have a 50 inch flatscreen TV with cable / Wi-Fi. .All the comforts of home with stocked kitchen . You have a private deck to have your morning coffee , best of all we have parking free for 1 car !

This was a nice, clean cottage with a fantastic location! We never used our rental car except for one day! We walked every day to either a mansion tour, the cliff walk, lunch or dinner. Mia was very responsive to any questions we had. The beautiful flower gardens are an added bonus!

This is a cozy collage within walking distance to Newport attractions. It was clean and comfortable and we appreciated the extra touches like coffee, water and snacks. We would definitely stay here again.

Long wedding weekend

We had a very relaxing stay in this this small apartment in Newport. The apartment was extremely quiet and comfortable. The outside was a great place to relax and unwind. There's a shopping area to pick up groceries if desired within a short walk. As there were only two of us, we did not need to use the loft which would be most appropriate for older children. Communication with Mia was excellent.

Wonderful mother - daughter get away

What a wonderful garden cottage. Everything you need and more. Outdoor spaces were just as enjoyable as the air conditioned indoors. Walking distance to Thames Street. Hosts were amazing and made us feel very comfortable.

We loved our stay! The apartment had everything we needed. Its location was an easy walk to Newport sights. The grounds are beautifully decorated with plants and flowers. We’ll definitely book again for our next trip to Newport!

Cozy garden getaway

My son, DIL & I came for a long weekend to enjoy the Newport flower show. The photos do not do the area or the property justice. At the footstep of older Newport and steps away from North Bellevue mansions; it’s a 15 min walk to Thames St & Warves & is perfectly located. The parking spot is a distinct +. We did not use the loft bed as it would be for some younger and much more spry. Lisa was a very welcoming and available manager living close by. A relaxing joy!
