Nice, modern hotel in a great location. The lobby is beautiful but spent zero time there. The staff was very accommodating and knowledgeable. The downsides were small room, no closet (just a clothes rack), no refrigerator, no desk, no notepad and pen. I guess I'm just comparing it to your "typical" hotel room and except for the refrigerator, I didn't really miss the other things. For the money paid I assumed a larger room with these typical amenities. The front desk brought up a small cube refrigerator when we asked. Not sure that I would stay again since there are other options in this price range. They also charge $50 per day for valet parking which I was not aware of. I suppose I could have parked myself somewhere but who wants to do that on vacation?

Rooms are small, but well - appointed. This is a great hotel with a boutique vibe and the perfect location for exploring Newport! They also provide great coffee in the lobby! We loved our stay.

Room was ridiculously small

We got a king size room which barely had room for the bed. There were no real flat surfaces, no table or chairs, no dresser (just under bed drawers). The only flat surface was a window bench but that was the only place to put packages and luggage. No coffee maker or fridge in the room. Bathroom and shower were tiny. Pocket door to the bathroom would only stay closed if you latched it, which was not easy. Latch handle came off and I had to put it back together to get out of the bathroom. Room might be good for a single backpacker but that is hardly the demographic of Newport travelers. The other guests at the lobby coffee station had similar comments.

Great hotel in a perfect location on Newport waterfront. Due to BOAT SHOW, parking & some of deck views were negatively impacted. Was our second visit to hotel, and had a great time, but somewhat disappointed with our room…as was extremely smaller space than enjoyed on first visit. Will definitely return, but only to a larger room.

I did not like that you can’t log in to any streaming platforms on the tv and there is no room service or coffee pot in the room. Some people like to have their coffee before having to see the outside world so going into the lobby for coffee that was basically water was definitely not ideal.

Excellent hotel and beautifully decorated. Unfortunately mattress was very bad and needs immediate replacing (room 250), also no smart tv is very surprising for a modern hotel of this calibre.

Stay somewhere else

Rooms were small, very clean, great location however walls are extremely thin and we were awaken to noise at 6:15 in the morning that continued for hours. Called front desk and after 10 minutes, they came up, but the noise continued. Front desk was not helpful.
