the room wasn't clean and bed sheets had stains. the toilet paper hanger was hanging on one side from the wall. the shower was dripping everytime someone on the upper floor was using the bathroom. the staff at the front desk had an attitude while checking us in.

The I had very high expectations for Hotel Viking but was greatly disappointed. The front desk staff were not friendly or attentive. They preferred to rush guest out of the way. Additionally, there were ants in our bathroom. We didn’t make a big deal of it, but clearly they need to do a bette job of cleaning the rooms. I tried to inform the front desk staff about the ants at check out but again, they did not seem to care. I’m unlikely to stay here again.
