Terrible sign for check in process, has you drive down away from the lobby, unable to use the credit card on file for deposit when paid at booking so the whole purpose of me coming to this hotel (to use the pool/hot tub) driving almost a hour - was for nothing by the time I got someone with a credit card down here (shortly before 10pm - which is when the hot tub and pool closes). Will NEVER be coming here again.
