This is two lofts in the same building rented together. The first loft is located on the second floor and has 3BR/2BA. The second loft is located on the third floor and has 4BR/2BA.

Both lofts feature a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, and a spacious living area where you can gather with friends before hitting the town! This inviting space also offers seven comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with a queen size bed, flat screen TV, luxurious linens, a dresser, closet, and an iron for your convenience, as well as four full bathrooms. Two parking passes are provided, and if needed, there is ample parking available directly across the street for $25 per day. Experience comfort, convenience, and an unforgettable stay at our delightful downtown loft.

This loft is located in a mixed use brownstone. On the first floor there is the beloved Zelda's restaurant, known for serving quality seafood and steaks in a lively and inviting atmosphere.

Please let us know if you would prefer to rent either the 3BR or 4BR instead of both lofts together.

- 2 Free parking passes included. Extra parking available across the street at $25/day. Managed by a third party
- Pets-allowed. There is a $150 pet/fee. Maximum 2 pets and should never be left unattended. All pets must be approved by management
- Absolutely no parties. $500 fee and immediate cancellation
- No smoking of any kind
- Missing parking pass will be charged a $75 fee/pass
